Welcome to In Her Boss LLC.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the In Her Boss LLC website, online booking tools, digital content, coaching-related resources, and other services made available through In Her Boss LLC.
By accessing or using this website, purchasing services, submitting information, booking a session, or otherwise engaging with In Her Boss LLC, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or purchase services.
1. About In Her Boss LLC
In Her Boss LLC provides life coaching, career coaching, educational resources, professional development support, and related services.
Coaching services are intended to support personal and professional development and are educational, motivational, and developmental in nature.
2. Coaching Is Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
In Her Boss LLC does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, psychological counseling, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or other healthcare services.
The Coach is not acting as a licensed physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, social worker, or other healthcare provider.
Nothing on this website or provided through coaching services should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
If you require assistance from a licensed professional, you are responsible for seeking appropriate professional guidance.
3. No Emergency or Crisis Services
In Her Boss LLC does not provide emergency or crisis services.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or harm to another person, or another situation requiring immediate assistance, contact 911, emergency services, or an appropriately licensed professional.
Do not use this website, email, text messaging, social media, or coaching communication channels for emergency assistance.
4. No Guarantee of Results
In Her Boss LLC does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, employment, business, career, or lifestyle outcome.
Results may vary based on many factors, including individual effort, participation, decisions, circumstances, consistency, implementation, and factors outside the control of In Her Boss LLC.
Career coaching does not guarantee:
Employment
Interviews
Job offers
Promotions
Salary increases
Career advancement
Business growth
Increased income
Any specific professional outcome
Testimonials, client stories, examples, or success stories reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as a promise that another person will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase coaching services or enter into a coaching agreement with In Her Boss LLC unless otherwise approved in writing and legally permitted.
By using this website or purchasing services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
6. Coaching Services
The availability, format, duration, scope, and price of coaching services may vary.
Coaching may be provided through:
Video conferencing
Telephone
Email
Text communication
Digital resources
Workshops
Group programs
Other agreed-upon formats
Specific coaching terms may also be governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Client Coaching Agreement regarding coaching services, the Client Coaching Agreement will control with respect to the coaching relationship.
7. Booking and Scheduling
Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions according to the terms of the service or package purchased.
Appointment availability is not guaranteed.
In Her Boss LLC may modify scheduling availability, business hours, or booking procedures at any time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when scheduling services.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling a scheduled coaching session.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used, forfeited, or subject to a cancellation fee at the discretion of In Her Boss LLC.
Late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled end time of a coaching session.
If In Her Boss LLC must cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative appointment time.
9. Coaching Packages
Coaching packages are purchased in full at the time of enrollment unless an approved installment or payment plan is made available.
Third-party payment providers, including platforms such as Stripe, may offer installment or payment options for convenience.
Use of a third-party payment plan does not change the Client's obligation to pay the full purchase price of the coaching package.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching sessions included in a package must be used within twelve (12) months of the original purchase date.
Unused sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, exchanged, or transferred.
Coaching packages and sessions are non-transferable unless expressly approved by In Her Boss LLC in writing.
10. Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using an approved payment method available through the In Her Boss LLC website, booking platform, invoice, or third-party payment processor.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If payment is declined, reversed, disputed, overdue, or otherwise unpaid, In Her Boss LLC may suspend or cancel access to coaching services until payment is resolved.
You remain responsible for all fees associated with services purchased.
11. Refund Policy
All purchases of coaching services, packages, digital resources, or other paid services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for:
Completed services
Unused coaching sessions
Missed appointments
Late cancellations
Scheduling conflicts
Early termination by the Client
Failure to complete a program
Failure to use sessions before expiration
Dissatisfaction with outcomes or results
A change in personal circumstances
If a Client uses an installment or payment plan, discontinuing coaching does not automatically cancel any remaining payment obligations.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
12. Digital Products and Resources
In Her Boss LLC may offer digital materials, worksheets, templates, guides, videos, educational resources, assessments, or other downloadable or online content.
Unless otherwise stated, purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.
Digital materials are provided for personal use only.
13. Intellectual Property
All content made available through In Her Boss LLC remains the property of In Her Boss LLC unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Website content
Branding
Logos
Coaching frameworks
Worksheets
Templates
Videos
Presentations
Guides
Digital resources
Written materials
Course materials
Graphics
Assessments
Program names
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, share, or commercially exploit In Her Boss LLC materials without prior written permission.
Purchasing coaching services or digital materials does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.
14. Permitted Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to website systems;
Interfere with website functionality or security;
Upload malicious software or code;

23. Assumption of Responsibility

24. Indemnification

25. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
In Her Boss LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
Nonpayment;
Fraudulent activity;
Harassment;
Threatening or abusive behavior;
Repeated violation of professional boundaries;
Misuse of website systems;
Unlawful conduct; or
Circumstances in which continuing the coaching relationship would be inappropriate or unsafe.
Any payment obligations and refund rights following termination will be determined by the applicable Client Coaching Agreement, purchase terms, and applicable law.
26. Honest Reviews
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prohibit or restrict any Client or customer from sharing an honest and truthful review or opinion regarding their experience with In Her Boss LLC.
27. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in the State of Michigan unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
29. Changes to These Terms
In Her Boss LLC may update these Terms periodically.
The revised Terms will become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated.
The Effective Date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
Continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Accessibility Policy, Client Coaching Agreement, purchase terms, and other expressly incorporated policies, represent the applicable agreement between you and In Her Boss LLC regarding use of the website and related services.
A signed Client Coaching Agreement may contain additional terms governing an individual coaching relationship.
31. Electronic Communications and Signatures
You agree that electronic communications, electronic records, and electronic signatures may be used in connection with In Her Boss LLC services.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic acceptance of agreements or policies may have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
